Bradley was a pleasure to work with, gave us an honest up front appraisal range which was in line with recent sales, and worked very hard with multiple open homes to achieve the top end of that range. Bradley kept us up to date with what was happening and tried to minimise cost to us ramping up advertising as needed. In the end Bradley achieved a price at the upper end of our expectations, worked in very well with tenants and property managers to run multiple open homes with no ruffled feathers and got the job done. Highly recommended!!
