Knowledgeable and informative. We had the absolute pleasure of contracting with Karen to sell one of our investment properties at Ferny Hills which was to take place during our extended outback holiday. The complete process was carried out with limited internet and phone service but this did not faze her. We communicated when we could with whatever was available and were kept fully informed throughout the whole process. The feedback we received was regular and informative and we always felt that Karen had the process totally under control.
