Karen has chosen the best method of sale for our property and market conditions. Her organising skills are the tops, and nothing stops her, even a broken foot. The house was open frequently for perspective buyers to inspect and she had 30 registered bidders attend on auction day. The auction took 6 minutes to reach a record price for the area and house style. We would come back to Karen again for future sales. Thanks Karen!
