Bradley knows his market and very close to the mark on selling price. Bradley kept us fully informed at every step of the journey as he saw the home in the worst state before we spent a month cleaning it up and making it presentable, plus he was pleasantly surprised after it was finished and in marketable state. He never applied any pressure or hurry up – that was appreciated and that was why we decided to stay with him.
